Terralign Solutions Ltd operates terralign.net. We provide technical and research-led advice on food packaging. You can contact us about this notice at ben@terralign.net.
Information you send us
When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to assess your enquiry, reply and discuss a possible scope of work. Please do not include confidential specifications in an initial enquiry. Messages and subsequent correspondence may remain in our email records.
Technical information
Our website host processes routine request information, which may include your IP address, requested page, browser details and time of access, to operate and protect the site. WordPress and hosting services may use functional cookies for administration, security and site operation. This site does not currently offer a newsletter signup or use advertising pixels.
Who handles the information
Our website host and email provider process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Terralign team members in Canada and Australia may access enquiries. We do not sell your contact details. If a project calls for sharing information with a supplier or another third party, we will discuss that separately before doing so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We then delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.
Your questions and choices
To ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email ben@terralign.net. We will review your request and explain if a legal or business record-keeping obligation limits what we can delete.
